Chili finally made his way over to Sinnoh, and he was just past victory road, considering popping into the elite four, not to challenge them, probably just flirt with nurse Joy and get his pokemon healed. 

Finally, he decided to just go in, approaching the counter smoothly, “Hello there,” he said to the nurse, leaning on the counter. The woman blushed, “W-what can I help you with?”
